What is a book club and how does it work?
A book club is a group of people who gather together to read and discuss books. It provides an opportunity for book enthusiasts to share their thoughts, insights, and opinions about a particular book or a selection of books.
At TMB, we are supplying you with the book and goodies, and then
discussing the book and “meeting” online.
The Book Club pack will include:
- A new condition paperback book
- A snack and tea/coffee (vegan alternative available)
- Exclusive Book Club bookmark
- TMB gift
Book club with The Mysterious Bookcase is £17.99 a month (plus postage).
How our online Book Club works
- Sign up to the book club waitlist. Expect to see an email from us on the 1st of the month, if spaces are available
- Join our Discord server and meet your fellow book club members for the month (you will also get the 'Book Club' role on Discord for the duration of their membership)
- TMB will select the book and mail your book club package to you before the end of the month
- We do a group video unboxing on the 1st of the month, and then begin reading our book
- Use the Discord to chat about the book throughout the month with fellow members, and go at your own pace
- Before our next unboxing, we will host a group video discussion to chat about the book with fellow members
Book Club is only currently available in the UK.
